It's been a busy time for the leadership team at Eden in Oz & NZ, as we welcome back Sally Hopkins, our new Executive Director for the organisation.
The Education and Registry teams have also been busy encouraging, teaching, and supporting new and current organisations as they continue to grow in their knowledge and understanding of the Eden Alternative.
When you truly apply Eden Principle 8, empowering Elders and staff in decision making becomes easier and the results of culture change more profound.Congratulations to our newest Registry Members and fully registered homes who continue to challenge our perceptions of 'This is good enough'...by saying, "you know, we can reach further". Using an Eden growth model approach enables us to continue to challenge the 'way it's always been done' through innovative solutions and practical applications.
